ตำแหน่งงานที่เปิดรับ

Senior IT Support
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Address customer complaints and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform IT helpdesk/support offsite and onsite troubleshooting for network, PC, and related issues
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems and provide updates until resolution
  • Manage and close incident tickets in the system, ensuring accurate reporting and timely closure
  • Manage and administer Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Coordinate with IT service provider to implementing software, hardware, and data systems, as well as technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance. 
  • Keep updated with new developments in technology and industry best practices. 
  • Ensure that IT services comply to IT Policy, procedures, and company guideline.
  • Coordinate with internal/external departments to ensure smooth IT operations and support.
  • Prepare and provide IT equipment for new employee.


คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or MIS, or MBA or other related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT support/helpdesk, IT Network, Infrastructure, and IT security in both projects and supports.
  • Experienced/understanding in ERP system, Construction Management
  • Having good communication skills and capable of dealing with sensitive issues
  • Positive thinking, fast learner, service-minded, energetic and enthusiastic

Senior Project Marketing (Condominium)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Develop strategies and put them into action, including addressing issues in marketing and communication areas.
  • Conduct research and provide product and market analysis to management and concerned departments to stay aware of the market.
  • Provide marketing information by responding to various requests from inside and outside the company.
  • Create a media plan and implement it, ensuring accurate information, key messages, and related and appropriate images and artworks are presented to the public.
  • Negotiate and work with media companies or agencies to secure the best solutions for the company.
  • Monitor spending to ensure it remains within budget.


คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in marketing communication, product development, or business development within a real estate developer or a related business.
  • Experience in Real Estate is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • Capable of traveling to other provinces occasionally or as required.

Executive Secretary
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Prepare daily plans for executive; Coordinate and monitor all appointments, meetings, training, and travel arrangements to ensure that executive being convenience in working without interruption and using their work time efficiently. 
  • Organizing the meeting; invite and confirm the attendees with updated agenda and meeting schedule.
  • Take minutes of meeting, check correctness and presentation before distributing and filing according to the executive’s discretion.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence appropriately on behalf of the executives. (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Handling the incoming calls and information, obtaining all relevant information and passing on to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Gather and prepare information, follow up with other departments to support executives works.
  • Prepare reservation, keep expenses records, and reimburse expense of accommodation, transportation, flights for executive’s convenience travelling both domestics and abroad.
  • Manage document filing system and being interpreter and translator when necessary.
  • Ensure office equipment to be in ready-to-use condition.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Proven minimum 3 years’ experience in secretary or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
  • Excellent organizational, decision making, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and handle confidential information
  • Certification from a Secretarial School or institute would be an added advantage

Senior Sales Representative (Based BKK)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Responsible for all sales activities to sell project units.
  • Advise local and international clients on property requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities by researching and analyzing on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.
  • Prepares sales reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or any related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience as property consultant, real estate agent or selling high-end and luxury products.
  • Good personality with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Proficient Microsoft knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
