The company was converted into a public limited.

2003

21 November

Change the Company’s name to Focus Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited.

2004

5 October

Listed in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) under the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

2008

19 November

Change the Company’s name to Focus Development and Construction Public Company Limited.

2011

4 November

Launch of Focus on Saladaeng Condominium Project.

2015

19 November

Launch of Focus on Ploenchit Condominium Project.

2019

4 November

Change the Company's name to Proud Real Estate PLC.

2020

January

Proud Real Estate PLC. launch the first luxury condominium project in Thailand under the brand InterContinental - InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.

InterContinental Residences Hua Hin:

At the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020, it received the Best Luxury Condominium (Hua Hin) and Best Branded Residence Hua Hin awards.
At the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, it won:
1. Development Awards: Best Luxury Condo Development (Hua Hin) and Best Branded Residence
2. Design Awards: Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design
3. Best of Thailand Awards: Best Condo Development (Thailand)

Proud Real Estate PLC. launch of the highest condominium project in Hua Hin – VEHHA.

Proud Real Estate PLC. received an award at the 17th “Property Guru Thailand Property Award” of the project “VEHHA” in the category of Development Awards, Best Condo Development (Hua Hin).

Proud Real Estate PLC. launches VI Ari, The ultra luxury single house in the heart of Ari, under the concept of your signature penthouse.

22 July

PROUD Real Estate PLC. revealed that the company has signed a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the ordinary shares of Kukhot Station Alliance Co., Ltd. (“KK”) and Rama 9 Alliance Co., Ltd. (“PA9”) from Noble Development Public Company Limited (“NOBLE”) and TNL Alliance Co., Ltd. (“TNLA”).

PROUD Real Estate PLC. listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

ROMM Convent Project received the Best Wellness Residence Development award at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2024.

23 October

InterContinental Residences Hua Hin was awarded Fitwel Built Certification, making it the first move-in-ready building in Thailand to achieve this global standard for health and well-being in building development.

VEHHA Hua Hin received the Fitwel Design Certification.
