The VEHHA Hua Hin Condominium project has partnered with the Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin and Vana Nava Water Park, creating a seamless connection between the condominium, hotel, and water park. This collaboration establishes the largest mixed-use development in Hua Hin, spanning over 35 rai, and elevates the residential experience by integrating world-class hotel services with premium leisure and lifestyle amenities. The project reaffirms the concept of "New Lifestyle Seaview Residences," positioning itself as the most comprehensive luxury condominium in Hua Hin.

Mr. Pumipat Sinacharoen, CEO of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD), announced that the agreement allows VEHHA Hua Hin Condominium residents to access exclusive services via a special Service Gate, providing convenient entry to both the Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin and Vana Nava Water Park. This agreement extends until 2032.

The collaboration aims to enhance the living experience at VEHHA Hua Hin Condominium by offering residents access to services meeting global standards under the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). These services include in-room offerings such as room service, housekeeping, laundry service, comprehensive private catering, and exclusive privileges such as special discounts at the hotel's international spa. Additionally, residents enjoy free access to Vana Nava Water Park for three years. Moreover, the Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin has signed a lease agreement with the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) to create a new entrance gate providing direct access to Hua Hin Beach near Khao Takiab through the Nong Kae Railway Station. This development enhances travel convenience to the mixed-use complex and supports the government's mega-projects aimed at boosting tourism to Hua Hin. The new entry point is currently under renovation and is expected to be operational by Q4 2024.

The project has sold 208 out of 364 units, representing sales of THB 1.36 billion. Construction is currently 39% complete, with occupancy scheduled for Q2 2025.
